We all have negative thoughts in our minds; sometimes they can seem like a never-ending stream when we feel depressed. Often, the negative thoughts contain criticism of our previous actions or mistakes, or worries about a future that is yet to come. Today, be aware of negative thoughts popping up in your brain. Know that these negative thoughts are not you and that they serve no purpose other than to make you feel bad by spawning more negative thoughts. When you notice those thoughts appearing, use your metal power to set them free, and watch them float away in the sky. With time, as you practice catching negative thoughts and letting them go, you will notice they occur less frequently. By thinking about the positive outcome of each situation, you will create a positive mindset. A positive mindset is especially important today when we face so many negative challenges. Have faith that all will be well.
